Telematic simplifies maintenance and service visits significantly. The machine sends the pending maintenance requirement to the service partner or informs him directly in case of a malfunction. The service partner has access to the relevant parameters and can optimally prepare for the assignment in both cases. Eggersmann takes over the costs for you for the first year of Eggersmann Telematic. Your consent is sufficient.
Thanks to Eggersmann Telematic, operating data, resource consumption and the location of your machine can be continuously called up and documented. All parameters are transmitted from the machine to the server via mobile communication technology, where they are processed and saved. You can retrieve and assess your parameter from the server live via Internet, PC, laptop or smartphone or subsequently in the Eggersmann Telematic portal.
